All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of being ordered online. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, which usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and will generally arrive 14-45 days after shipping, although customs clearance may lead to delayed arrival. USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking, if you wish to have tracking for your international order please contact us and we can arrange your package to be sent Express for an extra fee.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Non-Sale Items - Steluta will exchange or refund any non-sale merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be unworn with original tags and in perfect condition. All apothecary and personal care items are non-refundable, including perfumes, lotions and soaps. Steluta holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. Customers are responsible for the cost and insurance of return shipping. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise.
Sale Items- Items discounted 40% or more are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items discounted up to 39% may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
