All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and will generally arrive 14-45 days after shipping, although customs clearance may lead to delayed arrival. USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking, if you wish to have tracking for your international order please contact us and we can arrange your package to be sent Express for an extra fee.

Steluta is not responsible for USPS or other delivery services having trouble delivering your package. We are not responsible for delivery, but can provide proof of shipment if needed.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We understand the need to try on clothing, especially when shopping online. However, sale items are FINAL SALE. For full priced items, we will issue a store credit or exchange for items that are returned back to us within 14 days of delivery when purchased online. (In-store purchases need to be returned within 10 days.) Please follow the return procedure listed below.
What Items Are Considered Final Sale?
Any items on sale (discounted) or any apothecary or personal care items. This includes perfumes, lotions, soaps, lip care, face oil, etc. We cannot take back Final Sale items.
All items must be unworn with original tags and in perfect condition. All apothecary and personal care items (this includes perfumes, lotions, soaps, etc) are final sale.
All returns must be approved by Steluta. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package and reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirement upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
